  Bricks come in two sizes; 4x8 inches and 8x8 inches. A 4x8 brick provides 3 lines of up to 20 characters each; donation is $500. An 8x8 brick provides 6 lines of up to 20 characters each; donation is $1,000. Spaces and punctuation are included in the character count.
  
  You may order up to 3 4x4 bricks and 2 8x8 bricks on any one form. If you desire to order more in any one category, you will need to submit another form, and if so you, please make sure you provide the same Payee, Phone, and Email, on each.
  
  Online Payment Instructions:
  
  Select Donate on the menu bar to open the Vanco online payment page as a guest. You may also log into your Vanco account or create a Vanco account from this page.
  
  Please make sure that the "Payee" first and last names on the order form matches the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields in your Vanco payment, whether provided as a guest or as appears in your Vanco profile.
  
  Scroll down to the "Memorials" block and enter the number of 4x8 and 8x8 bricks you are paying for.
  
  Scroll to the bottom and select a Donation Frequency of "One Time", your order Total will update. Once you have confirmed your order, click the "Continue" pushbutton.
  
  You will be taken to a form to complete your name, address, phone, email, and payment information to complete your transaction.
  
  Click the "Process" pushbutton to complete your order.
