As a Catholic Parish, Our Lady of the Mountains wants to support your family when a loved one has died by offering a Mass of Christian Burial where we gather to offer worship, praise and thanksgiving to God for the gift of a life which has now been returned to God, the author of life and the hope of the just. We will help you arrange a date and time for the service, select music, readings and help you to prepare in other ways for the celebration of Mass. We also offer our facilities for small receptions and hospitality. For all funeral inquiries, please call the parish office at (970) 586-8111.
Eulogies are accommodated after the communion prayer. In keeping with the dignity of the Funeral Mass we ask that if you are including a eulogy after the Communion prayer, please have one family member or friend share a three to five-minute description of the life of the deceased before the priest concludes with the final commendation. The Mass is planned to incorporate as much as we can the wishes of the families of the deceased and provide opportunity for loved ones to honor and reflect on the life of their beloved ones. You may also choose to plan the details of the funeral before a death has occurred.

Como Parroquia Católica, Nuestra Señora de las Montañas quiere apoyar a su familia cuando un ser querido ha fallecido ofreciendo una Misa de Cristiana Sepultura donde nos reunimos para ofrecer adoración, alabanza y acción de gracias a Dios por el regalo de una vida que ahora ha sido volvió a Dios, autor de la vida y esperanza de los justos. Lo ayudaremos a programar una fecha y hora para el servicio, seleccionaremos música, lecturas y lo ayudaremos a prepararse de otras maneras para la celebración de la Misa. También ofrecemos nuestras instalaciones para pequeñas recepciones y hospitalidad. Para todas las consultas funerarias , llame a la oficina parroquial al (970) 586-8111.
Los elogios se acomodan después de la oración de comunión. De acuerdo con la dignidad de la misa fúnebre, le pedimos que si va a incluir un elogio después de la oración de comunión, pida a un familiar o amigo que comparta una descripción de tres a cinco minutos de la vida del difunto antes de que el sacerdote concluya. con la mención final. La Misa está planeada para incorporar tanto como podamos los deseos de las familias de los difuntos y brindar la oportunidad para que los seres queridos honren y reflexionen sobre la vida de sus seres queridos. También puede optar por planificar los detalles del funeral antes de que ocurra la muerte.
